Do I Sound Schizophrenic?

you shouldn't listen to the voices! block them out. clean your mind!

 

I understand the way you hear them in your mind but twice recently I have heard them in my ears. like physically heard but still not fully external but as if a sound was sent from my ears.
so cos of that I don't know anymore whether most people hear the stuff in their minds like a thought or this way.
I do know this new way is crippling and terrifying.
one was my my and one was my sister, both still alive.
