Do I have to have a teacher?

    Haha, I don't have permissions to teach techniques from any lineage. What I am allowed to teach I just share here. Thank you for the compliment. More important than the teacher is the student. I am still just a student.

    The short answer is "No". You don't.

    Try a self hypnosis c.d. to help you train and focus your mind, meditation will occur more naturally and easier with a focused mind. Self hypnosis is fantastic for that. Costs a lot less than a teacher, too.
