I just wanted to point out that you are confusing two seperate people. I've never seen rmorgan post about having a husband. The only person to my knowledge that has posted that is YellowBellyHippy and she has very valid reason to why she chose to have both.

there's a girl i work with who is a virgin, isn't usually dating anybody, and yet she does come off as a slut. not becuase she talks about sex, but because of how she dresses, and how she flirts. a lot of ppl were shocked when she said she was a virgin, and after that nobody could say she IS a slut... but she still comes across as one. No matter how many ppl you've slept with, if you flaunt your goods a LOT and flirt a LOT you're going to come across as slutty to a lot of ppl.

I find it odd that the original question is:

"Do I come across as a slut?"

Not:

"Do you think I am a slut?"

I see a lot of people who seem to be assuming the later over the former.


You do seem to come across as a slut. Wether you actually are or not, well I have no idea.


Just seeing how many people responded thinking the later question was asked over the former. Since there seems to be confusion, just in how the answers are worded.

yeah i read em... i was just addressing the matter of "coming across as a slut" over actually being a slut... whether anybody in this thread is a slut by anybody's standards doesn't matter, as i'm sure many come across as one in life and on the forums.

 

well if you think about it.......asking a message board if you are "actually a slut" is the stupidest thing in the world unless the members of that message board truely have INTIMATE knowledge of you. So to be honest, I would like to hope that nobody actually interpreted the question that way. Maybe they used the phrase loosely but Phoenix Cocker and Tigerlily you really must give people NO CREDIT or I must give people TOO MUCH credit to think that was happenning!
