Nice to have seen a deconstructed account on the 'novels' syntax Oz...

I know and understand that the book was written,edited,by Anne herself,andadded to...by her father,who as you rightly say survived...irony huh? lol

Ultilmately,the beauty of literature is that it allows us all an objective ideal...One largely formed by our own views..and tainted by our own dreads.

did she really say that about Miep Giles? (been a while since I read the book) godamm she really was a little bitch, maybe Miep should have been a little less mule- like and not bring any food for Anne at all, I wonder what the little shit would have written then??

 

I don't see that as a bitchy comment at all. It seems like she felt bad for Miep, being forced to haul all that stuff to them all the time.

And for the record, Anne edited her diary because she was going to try and get it published after the war. She mentioned it in one of the entries.
