There is absolutely nothing midwest about Pittsburgh. I prefered NYC pre Giuliani, pre 9/11. That shit was real

i see a good future for the arts in the Industrial Midwest like Ohio and Michigan. Its cheap, there are actually lots of young people, lots of artists

I didn't like Boston when i was there, I have a really bad impression of it, mainly the people seemed ugly, except Fitzy but he wasn't there

    Reeeeeeally?

So why do they pronunce "hour" like aaaaahhhhhhhrrrrrrrrrh...

And why did they have rust-belts all over the place.

It's typically midwest, sorry. Depends on your perspective of course.

    midwest is farm land/flat land

Pittsburgh is in the appalaichian mountains, its an appalaichian city, nothing at all midwest about it in any way

    doesn't even depend on perspective

    Detroit is industrial midwest/great lakes.

it is flat, there is farming around it.

Detroit isn't that close to Pittsburgh

    indeed

its where the industry is being lost, and traditionally it was the heart of industry in the country

That's all I meant. Of course, I'm not going to sit here and argue whether Pgh falls into the industrial midwest or not.

I guess we'll just have to laugh it off.
