Hey guys, I'm new to the site, I'm moving to Riverview, MI (Southeast) in three weeks, curious of any current hangouts or something. And does anyone go to Wayne State?

 

I don't go to wayne state but a cool place to go is Elizabeth park in trenton.

 

Wow, so no one has posted here in awhile. Did you all ever meet up? I stopped reading after page 10.

I'm from Canton and go to EMU and work in Ann Arbor. Would love to meet you all.

 

Where do you work in A2?

 

This school year I will be working for a woman watching her two kids before and after school. She's a doctor and paying me a great price to do so.

Last school year I was working at a school named Summers-Knoll on Manchester.

 

I met up with one person. All the others failed, dancer annie i'm looking at you haha.

I actually wouldn't mind trying something again though, it's been a few years!

Where do you live in canton wynter? I live over by the high school.

I live in an old farmhouse across from the football stadium. It's nice for the most part, minus the stupid lights and announcers during games. gah!

 

Yea, I can hear the football games too. I live in the sunflower subdivision that the football feild is next to. I used to walk to school by cutting through the football field back in the day.

 

I was gonna guess sunflower! I walk my dog through there, and yeah I used to skip school by taking the paths through that bit of woods sometimes.

Did you ever have Mr Francis at canton?

 

Nope, what did he teach? When did you go to school there?

 

Mid 90's, I'm 27.

He was an English teacher but he had some really interesting Eastern Philosophy classes as well, with the American 16 year old in mind of course haha.

Best teacher I had there.

 

We probably went there together at one point, i'm 25. I have heard of him but never had him. Those were the good ol' days.

 

I bet we did. I actually just walked my dog through sunflower, and the path down to the bleachers through the school saturday night. There was a group of middle agers having a small deck party playing some really awful music.
