Yep, that is where all my loose or undreaded hair was, but I recently did a little twist and rip and put in some beads to hopefully help it. I have like two super skinny dreads under there too, probably the size of a spaghetti noodle, a tad bit thicker.

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind the fuzzies and in general the chaos that is currently consisting of my dreads... just annoyed that somehow I have managed to yank this hair out and how darn long it is. I will just repeat this five times each morning "I will embrace it".

they look great, I love all the wraps and beads and color. How do you get the wraps to stay on your dreads?
I'm glad I'm not the only one with loads of loose hair at the back of my head. It's annoying but I guess I'll have to live with it!

i get the length of thread, fold it in half (roughly) put it against my dread, wrap it round and knot it once (by the root), and then wrap/loop it around the dread and down the length. tbh im surprised theyve stayed in this long =]

I always like my dreads best it seems when they are newly washed... can you give them a wash today and give yourself a "pick me up"?

Btw, how did you prepare the bicarb and tea tree oil?

I have a little tuft each side above and behind my ears, and sorta below below my ears at the bottom of the hairline in each corner, so I plait the hairs :)

Hehe xD I must admit I get the plaiting idea from merrivale :D I think.. Canne remember xD But its bloody geeenius... only with such small plaits I keep having to rub the end into my palm so it knots up at the end of the plait so it stays in xD
