wikipedia, again: So now you have to prove that at least 46% of the Iranians are mentaly ill otherwise, you know what? Otherwise its up to USA to get nuked again
OM-ALLA. You were right. Iran has zero women as victim of domestic violence. They also report officially that they have zero gays in their country. You are too COOL! You Rock!:daisy:
This is not what I proposed. If you sit in a country with almost 5 Million women abused, then another country must be way worse than that to deserve getting nuked.
Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in his Own Words Introduction Posted: January 13, 2012 Introduction 2012 2011 2010 2009 2008 2007 2006 2005 Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's anti-Semitic and anti-Israel views place him and the Iranian regime among the foremost threats to Jews and the state of Israel. Ahmadinejad repeatedly demonizes the state of Israel and openly calls for its destruction at every opportunity. Most notoriously, he described Israel as a "fake regime" that "must be wiped off the map." I said to bring me the quote where he said Israel must be wiped off the map. Not what someone said he said, but what the actual quote was. I'll tell you right now you won't find it. Go ahead and give it another try.
I post a general web search for you all and all that you can say is: better not start me linking zionist or US politicians quotes here, better not. It's the Whole World, Dude!
Dude, I watched him state this in a live speech on TV. The man said it. That's good enough for me. I'll take his word for it. So does everyone else on the planet. You and three other people are entitled to your limited opinion. Somehow you seem to think that this is my problem. Call Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and ask him.
Anyone that advocates nuking needs their head examined. I believe Skip allows nearly all free speech, except 'threatening the president'... If it were me I would include 'advocating the use of nuclear weapons'.
Hey! I got no response to zero gays and zero women beaten, officially, in Iran. How did that happen???
And as an academic, I ask two questions, the same two questions that I will ask here again. And you judge for yourselves whether the response to these questions should be the insults, the allegations and all the words and the negative propaganda, or should we really try and face these two questions and respond to them? Like you, like any academic, I, too, will keep -- not get -- become silent until I get the answers, so I am awaiting logical answers instead of insults. My first question was, if, given that the Holocaust is a present reality of our time, a history that occurred, why is there not sufficient research that can approach the topic from different perspectives? Our friends refer to 1930 as the point of the departure for this development; however, I believe the Holocaust, from what we read, happened during World War II after 1930 in the 1940s. So, you know, we have to really be able to trace the event. My question was simple. There are researchers who want to push the topic from a different perspective. Why are they put into prison? Right now there are a number of European academics who have been sent to prison because they attempted to write about the Holocaust, so researchers from a different perspective, questioning certain aspects of it -- my question is, why isn't it open to all forms of research? I have been told that there's been enough research on the topic. And I ask, well, when it comes to topics such as freedom, topics such as democracy, concepts and norms such as God, religion, physics even or chemistry, there's been a lot of research, but we still continue more research on those topics. We encourage it. But then why don't we encourage more research on a historical event that has become the root, the cause of many heavy catastrophes in the region in this time and age? Why shouldn't there be more research about the root causes? That was my first question. And my second question -- well, given this historical event, if it is a reality, we need to still question whether the Palestinian people should be paying for it or not. After all, it happened in Europe. The Palestinian people had no role to play in it. So why is it that the Palestinian people are paying the price of an event they had nothing to do with it? http://globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=6889
PW, Yes, yes, you've already told us what you "know." What you need to do now is prove it. Please explain the big picture. Post something besides your opinion. Nope , no thanks I don't copy and paste . Never have , never will . No need to . Nor do I need to prove anything to you , nor you me . At the end of the day all we are left with is opinion . That's what public forums are all about ,opinions . If I were to copy and paste , doesn't mean truth , it just means I copy and paste others opinions instead of my own . Who in my opinion I either agree with and echo that "opinion" or not . The net has truth ,lies, nonsense, facts, and disinformation . It's all opinion . You may not agree with mine , nor I yours . That's life deal with it . I can't change your view and you can't change mine . Just be thankful you live in a nation that lets you and I have those opinions and ideas . Do you think that great sacrifice came free ? Do you think it was just given to us ? No ,it was paid for in blood . By brave people who had a different "opinion " of freedom . Bash the West and it's government all you will . It's still the best form of government there is , if we can get the greed out of it .
Ghandi said you should judge a nation according to how it treats the weakest ones. Since in western countries hundrets millions of animals are tortured to death every year, for animals its the worsed system ever. For millions of people who are exploited and killed in poor countries, where we get our cheap resources from, the western countries are the worsed catastrophy. Its not only the western people sitting there and saying what they like which decides if a country is destructive or not.
