    DMT is something i would like to try. it's an insanely powerful but short-lived psychedelic drug. it's more powerful than LSD.

    ever read the history behind the naming of the "Grateful Dead" ? Mr. Garcia was on DMT while looking through a dictionary.... the words were bursting off the page in waves and splashes of gold. all he could see was a beautifully-embellished word "Grateful Dead." and so it was.... nobody liked it at first, of course... but it caught on.

    a clean extraction of DMT leaves you white crystals, which turn yellow and nasty with time/exposure to air i guess. it is hard to get an extraction that clean though....
    and yes it was the methoxy i was thinking of...
    in the DMT vault in erowid there is a list of all the plants that contain DMT and 5-meo-DMT including the amount (% by weight) in which they are preseant.
