interesting overnight road trip up to the other farm ...sat by the fire and watched a few movies....


barely slept.....

 

someone was killed by the train near my house.. I heard the train come to a stop and a few minutes later the fire whistle .. knew they was related, took a walk seen body covered in sheet..

 

I have a friend who committed suicide by train. What a terrible way to go...

 

most pedestrian-train accidents around here are blamed on ipods

second most accidents with trains is probably ski-doo stuck on rail

I woke up with an extremely painful sinus infection, so I spent the day in bed watching a documentary series on Netflix called Making a Murderer. It's about a man in Wisconsin who was wrongfully accused of raping a woman and spent 18 years in jail before DNA evidence cleared his name. His story only gets worse from there. If you want to see an example of how messed up the American judicial system is, watch it.

 

My daughter is watching this tonight.

I told her I might watch it.

Everyone sure is talking about it.

I didn't wake up very well either. I have a fever. It is cold, and I am sweating like its summer or something. And I'm ached all over my body, I crack a knuckle, it feels like I break the bone. It's pretty messed up. So I'm not drinking any alcohol for a while I hope anyway, though I have pool today at the Scotts, I will try my hardest to just drink some water instead. maybe a nice soup too.

 

Irmi, you busted a knuckle? Broke the skin? How did you do that?

 

I meant like, crackling nuckles, air pockets etc. but it's not just my fingers. It's every joint I can crack just hurts so much under fever. I've also put on 2kg since Xmas. =[ I will lose that though, I've begun a hefty diet and training schedule already and actually I'm sure it's my usual 2-4kg bloat from the weekend, I'll weight again on Friday.
