thought today was last day flintlock but my area 2B is open til the 23rd. but it was nice today 63F out there..

 

i just spent all my energy changing alll the nylon rope on my tarp shed to 20 times stronger strapping and ratchets so that the winds dont take it off again like it did dec 23rd

if it happens mid winter im completely screwed


and as usual moonglow was not around to help


my kidneys are fighting with the rest of me at the moment

 

Got lumber and stuff for the 2nd bedroom ceiling project this morning, got home, unloaded the car and that was about all the energy I had today....

 

it's going to be wicked cold tonight. already loaded the fireplace up twice.

February is usually our coldest month. I guess January had freeze envy or something this year.

 

We're expecting snow all of next week.

 

Tshirt flannel weather ,, but will get to the teens a little bit.

 

Rain turning to snow tomorrow morning... You know what that means. ICE!

Tosh comes on the same station where I used to watch a show I enjoyed, so I didn't get into his thing...then as it happens I NO LONGER AM ABLE TO watch tv like I USED TO :cuss:

I miss ALL tv after 11pm and playing piano all through the night so much. :bigcry:

I vacuumed/did the shop vac on the soggy but better rug several times today. When in the world is it going to dry? I'm not using that space heater on it...I don't want just the top to be dry...I'd rather just keep pulling as much water to the top as I can and vacuuming that up.

 

shop vacs are not easy to pull water with on carpet., you need pressure on the area,, push down and maybe squish with your feet to get the water to puddle. will certainly help better than nothing..

gf use her FB to look at the neighbors FB ., wow if hes not the 2nd biggest joke in the world.

I played powerball too and ONLY got the powerball. lol lucky #13 - so I won $4 too

I'll use that to play this coming Wed. I don't play all of the different lottery things. I understand powerball and when its drawn so thats the one I play

I remember you having to rip your's up! But I don't remember what happened...AND was it held down with molding strips around the edges?

I was looking at it all tonight again...my goodness, it will honestly take at least 2 strong men to move the furniture that would have to be moved to do this.

If I EVER get my way (which is highly doubtful) I will have NO CARPET!!!! Not a fucking piece. Throw rugs, yes...

Carpet can go to hell.

 

My toilet flooded the bathroom and half of the bedroom. Yes, the carpet was wall to wall.

You should seriously get some furniture sliders. They help alot.
