Worked out a pattern, when my legs get sore my back will too soon, just took a step, felt a pain I never felt before. Can barley walk on it.

 

Well this is no fucken good. I'm gonna be in pain playing pool now, every step get a pain in my sciatic and right hip.

 

When something like that hits out of the blue, and I used to have to deal with out of the blue leg/sciatic pain that led to back pain...I'd jump in a bath as hot as I could stand it! You already use epsom salts (I believe I recall that)...that hot hot water will help as more or more than anything else!

Go get in one of those hot hot baths you like before that sciatic pain grabs hold hard and won't let go...I'm a firm believer in if you can do something like the hot bath or the electronic pulse thing right in that place now, before the pain "sets up"...you can nip it in the bud and stop it!

 

I'm at home, it's early here hehe but will be leaving soon to make the drive into city. Yes the electronic thing, good thinking I know where that is and the batteries. this is a very sharp pain, different from the others. Legs have been sore for a week or so now and I've noticed that when that happens I tend to stretch them obviously and then sooner or later my back will also flare up. But this was just one step and snap. Pain.

 

With you saying that about just one step and snap. Pain...it reminds me of the son.

He goes to the gym religiously (I know I've said that before ) ... and he can bench over 200 lbs... however (as he has said) he can bend down to pick up a piece of paper off the floor and it can throw his back and he does good to straighten back up and walk.

He does a lot of stretching.

Edit: he also has an inversion table and claims it works wonders combined with stretching.

seems weird sometimes it keeps sparking even after pilot lights...and doesnt always power the MV...and when it does power the MV the spark stops but it runs for longer than it would with no flame sense ...

tomorrow i test for uA sense signal on ground i guess

I played fucken awful this morning. I couldn't shoot. I couldn't cue straight. 1/3. I'm fucken pissed I played that bad I'm furious. I don't get it.

 

Make that 1/4 there was a big fight and I had to play again and almost got into fisty cuffs. Anyway I almost beat one of the best snooker players in state but I just couldn't get it done. I ran him wild he was so angry and frustrated but I had no confidence in hitting this really thin cut shot cannon and it would have win me the frame but I wasn't shooting straight all morning and I just didn't have confidence to do it. So pissed off right now. I'm driving straight home. Too furious to go out have fun.

 

My team had some bad matches because of me in the past. We all had the skills to win against overwhelming odds. I would play so hard out of my natural order and try to force a win, sometimes it was my undoing.

But

In those many times we all took chances and beat the odds....those are the memories my team still talk about over a decade later.
