normal temps but cant enjoy it ...my back is really bad this winter

 

26F now. opened some of the cold rooms to let them get some room temp air. must not be to cold. I dont have on any socks and wearing sandals.

 

i just checked and here converts to 25f

3 of my friends came to visit again today

got a decent picture of one

 

i had to get some Devonshire cream for a candy recipe but i will have a bunch left over...English people....what do i use this cream for?....nearly 8 dollars for about 6 ounces

 

Make some scones.. layer with strawberry jam.. then the cream.. to die for!

never made a scone before....i'm sure i could....in the meantime i made a fudge cake because i had a mix lying around....made vanilla butter cream icing to top it with....i have the ingredients lined up for this

No snow here, thankfully. What we did have has mostly melted. I even went grocery shopping.

Tomorrow I'm going to get a hair cut. I'm getting all of the "old hair that was colored and then lifted" cut off. It'll be around my shoulders...and then I'm going to let it grow and grow.

I always said "I will NOT be one of those old women that have long gray hair." LOL So...I'm going to be an oldISH woman with long white hair in front and gray in back.
