Ooh, Cap, that's well done. That threatening period when the air is really heavy. It's so ominous and mysterious and it feels like anything could happen. I love that.
Ive always wanted to see a tornado. I get off on storms or something. I just love them, the bigger the better.
seen a few tornadoes. basically the same pattern as a thunderstorm, except stronger at points and you throw in a spinning windgust... so yeah, great weather! i was also around for a hurricane, but i was a year old so i don't quite remember it...
I've always wanted to see one, but I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt... Maybe I'll be a storm chaser!
that's what was cool about seeing the waterspout... it was a tornado, but on the ocean instead of people's farms
Yeah, I never have seen a hurricane. But I've seen like 4 tornados. Grew up in the tornado valley. I was visiting my sister once, she lived in a trailer then, when a tornado started comming. Luckily it didn't hit any of the trailers there. I was terrified, I saw the thing as it formed.
Wow thats exciting. I mean, they have cars right? They could drive away ? Or a cellar, wizard of oz style?
Oh yeah, like I said. Awe inspiring. Trailers don't have cellars. But you could drive away if you had enough notice. Best thing would be to find a ditch and cover yourself with something. Like a sleeping bag or anything in case of debris.
I love dancing in the rain. Ever done it naked with your girlfriends? That was incredible. I'll never forget the times I've washed my hair and danced in the rain or gone for walks in the cold winter rains. Ever get splashed with muddy water when a taxi rolls by when you're walking in the rain? Somehow it's all good at that point. I used to love it when it came down hard and I was out playing my guts out on the soccer field. Especially when the sky turned dark grey all of a sudden and the mosquitoes disappeared and it got real quiet. I have yet to try kissing in the rain. It sounds terribly romantic.
It's a unique experience and I can convince my quiet girlfriends to do almost anything. Heh. I've lived through a tornado. I was watching The Little Mermaid with my friends across the street, and it got so bad just as the tornado was coming around that I wasn't allowed to cross the street to come home. My best friend was over at my house hanging out, and she wasn't permitted to come home either. So we both waited the tornado out in each other's home. Was pretty scary to watch it overhead through the skylight and watch it come in. It basically skipped over the residential area where I lived and destroyed most of the outskirts of the village. I've yet to see the rain come down as hard and winds that strong since that day.
