It sounds like a good idea right now because I know what I wanna wear, but in reality I'm probably not going to end up going. I should though! I haven't been to a party since EDC 2015 or so... (i'm not sure on what year it was). I remember there was a 7 UP area with 7 UP bracelets or Sprite or something. One of those...

Anyway, yeah I kinda want to go to one. I know I don't want to go to Psycho Circus though (Halloween somewhere in socal... I forget where). Even back when Halloween's big LA rave was Monster Massive it wasn't my favorite. Though EDC wasn't either. I guess I didn't have a favorite tbh, but back to the point.

I want to go now!

 

I've been to the venue before, I like it quite a bit. There's alot of open space, the only thing I didn't like is one the tents had a line to get in, like you'd see outside a club. It seemed a bit unecessary, but I suppose they wanted to keep the crowds manageable.

 

I've been to the National Orange Show before. I forget which parties, but one of them was an EDC many years ago before they moved it to Vegas. I might have to go VIP if I go. I hate waiting in the GA line, but VIP is like $210. I saw Christopher Lawrence there one time just walking around like it wasn't the middle of a rave. I guess superstar DJs are normal people at the end of the day. They're always celebrities in my mind though.

I haven't listened to much of his studio work but both times I've seen him, they've been like some of my favorite sets of the night.

I was just listening to samples of his newest from June 11, 2018 ("Darkside" or something) and it's nothing like his other stuff on Pharmacy. In the last ten years I think he has primarily spun psy-trance. Before that it was pretty much standard trance I think. I like his psytrance.
