As a member posted before me, that's not necessarily true. The financial institution I work for does not charge a penalty for any of our personal payanyday loans or dealer loans when it is paid off sooner. In fact, we even allow our customers to pay more than their scheduled monthly payments towards principal balance only.
Not really comfortable with naming my employer over the interwebz, but it's a large French owned bank. If you really care, that should be enough info to figure it out.
You think? I always get compliments on them, but I'm just so ashamed when someone asks me where ever did I find them? It's because I bought them at Ross. I kind of have a Ross addiction. I buy all my finest dish wear from Ross, and I'm not even kidding.
Whats really fucked up is one spouse can take out a bunch of credit cards and max them out and the other spouse will be held accountable for the debt even if they didnt sign up for them or use them. Happened to my father in law. His wife took out at least 4 cards secretly and maxed them out. When she died he found out about them. He was devastated. She had a gambling problem. Credit card companies have bought off lawmakers to make laws holding one spouse accountable for the others debt. Recently laws have been made dissallowing credit card debt write off at bankruptcy. Like Student Loans. Banks have power like that. Consumer protections are nonexistent in the US.
if she had money hidden in accounts he would have fought to collect on them marriage is a union...debts are shared assets you can easily get around those laws by just paying your debts
So you think its ok for one spouse to rack up credit charges without telling the other spouse and the one in the dark should have to pay for those debts? Banks love this concept. Even when only one spouse signs the CC contract? That only benefits banks and creditors. That is one reason why people are not legally getting married.
yep..when you married the law sees you as one person if you married a bitch then thats your problem lol
