Apparently there's a similar product to Spice Gold called 'Skunk Weed', AFAIK it's only available in the UK currently. Supposed to be as good as the real thing, but is apparently legal (though I can't seem to find the ingredient listing anywhere) None of the online vendors will ship it to Aust. though, which sucks.
