Who's applauding ALL of those things? Some are sensible/valid, other points not. Like fining the person who drove alone in the car. A warning would have sufficed.

There are still a lot of unknowns surrounding the topic. Couple that with countries displacing huge portions of their population. Why are you surprised conspiracies persist?
