completely unrelated, but

you know what i appreciated in life

cutting off my dreads and shaving my huge beard and not getting stared at constantly

i'm just way too neurotic, that shit was driving me insane

one time, i held a door open for an old lady, and she used the other door

...

i used the rolleyes smiley there, but really, that bothered the hell out of me, i think that was the breaking point

On another thought today is pretty depressing i just realized im gonna have to give away my bongs since i cant really keep them at my parents house.

 

The next flight is when I can afford it, which is probably 5 years from now when I pay off my car haha. The only flight I'm taken this summer is to go get the ex-girlfriend in the Carolina's and bring her ass back to Massachusetts. Not too exciting, I would much rather visit Colorado.

i let my hair dread naturally, so my hair was mostly in dreads and some of it wasn't dreaded

most of my dreads were on the back of my head (which is obvious b/c of sleeping and such)

all of the hair on top of the hair on the top of my head (if that makes sense) wasn't really dread, so it sort of "covered" the dreads that i actually had on the top and sides of my head (mostly sides)

you sort of couldn't even tell i had dreads, at least i couldn't, b/c i could only see the front, i don't know how it looked in the back, but i had like 12 dreads back there, one being super fucking huge (and so bothersome)

all old pictures of me that i had were on my old computer

if i can find any, i'll bring them up

but basically, i'm just trying to reinforce the fact that i'm pretty sure it looked like shit and that i just looked like a bum who didn't brush his hair

Haha Nates got way nicer bongs than i do, ones a cheap acrylic thats super dirty and the other is just one of those cheap mass produced bongs from china.

But i think im giving them to two of my friends that are moving out, although it doesnt make too much sense cause they dont really smoke and they always got pot from me.

So why cant you, job wont let you or is it because of your parents?

 

okay, so this picture doesn't do any justice to anything i really previously said, as it's hard to make out anything, the only thing that is obvious is that yes, i do look like a bum

however, it does reinforce my statement about not being able to even tell i had dreads

although, come to think of it, i don't know the exact date of this picture, so i don't even know if this is before the dreads started coming in, or if it's "during"

they were definitely there, however, this picture emphasizes that letting your hair dread via laziness is not the way to go

again, i realize this picture almost makes me out to be just a guy saying that he had dreads when in fact it looks like he didn't, but i definitely did, in fact, when i cut them off i kept them in a half gallon ziplock bag for about 6 months

and i can remember correctly, i think i remember counting 26

I would but im super paranoid about it getting confiscated and getting kicked out of the airforce. So for the next two and half weeks im being a goody goody and not even drinking.

that was about 2 months into the "process"

that process being not brushing my hair, and that's it

also, there's another picture up on that same post now

oh, and yeah, i went thru a jesus phase, plenty of people called me jesus and i went by that for quite a while

it was pretty fun

you didn't brush your hair for that long? i guess that's how you do dreads though, i dunno
if i didn't brush my hair for 2 months, holy shit, it would look like a rats nest.
