Confess what made you join Hip forums!

I was using google to try and validate various so far unsubstantiated claims I'd seen about the benefits of going barefoot (this was after I'd started doing it somewhat), and lo and behold, it points to the "barefoot" section of this forum.

From there I started reading and occasionally posting on the rest of the forums.

 

Some asshole yelled "hey you old hippie fool it ain't 1967 anymore." I was shocked...googled it, found hip forums and figured out the asshole was wrong. So here I am.

 

I enjoy reading threads about sex with dogs,sex with siblings,sex with household objects,and sex with anything else ...and this site seems to be the premiere locale for such activities

I also really love the "is my penis normal?" threads

i move around alot so i dont know hardly anyone in half the areas i go to so i got lonely and would like to find other hippie type people to talk to

 

I joined the forums because I was thinkin of what it would be like to live communally, stumbled upon the hipforums talked to some cool humans, became mildly addicted for a couple weeks.
Never joined a social website or any forum website before so I thought id hang around a bit, kinda just something to do when im bored and want to have interaction with some like minded folk.

 

I belonged to another forum and MattinVegas was a moderator there. It started to have all kinds of back biting and constant wars on the board and Matt was the only one who held his cool. It was just about ready to self destruct and he was leaving it.

He then sent me a link to The Kitchen Table that he and Godiva ran, I joined.

 

the lesbian forum. I'm finally allowing myself to accept that I really do like women too (at this point I would say that I am bisexual) and I wanted to read about other women's experiences coming out etc

 

I was trying to give up my porn addiction, but boy THIS place sure didn't help!! But, I did quit smoking cigarettes. Got even more addicted to porn, too!!

When I referred a friend back in October, I was looking for communal living info, as well.

 

i was REALLY pissed at another site and was DONE with them. i did a google search for DMT Forums and found you folks rather quickly. One of the best moves i've made recently . . .

 

i wanted to talk to some people like me virtually, since no one is like me in the real world that i've discovered yet. i became super addicted at first but now i get on occasionally. i find all the forums on here to be quite intriguing, and i used to look up stuff about psychedelics and what not anyway, and heres a place to read reports about them and talk about it!
I was also interested in getting dreadlocks and this site was very helpful for that.

And i want to get in touch with my spiritual self
and i discovered the rainbow family on here and a bunch of other stuff
