If you are talking about Denver municipal charges, then I have no idea if they are unconstitutional.

So what exactly is the municipal charge of getting assaulted by a police officer. Everything about these protests was peaceful until the LEO's got involved

That is what she was: Assaulted.
Quite rightly he was pulled from that particular duty.
He should be charged with assault.

The protests were peaceful overall.
Deffinitly not quiet but peaceful.

involving police attacks on protesters, the number is not in yet, the same goes for protesters causing problems after being confronted by the cops. I'm sure there will be more info by the end of the week.

 

You forgot: protestors/anarchists/etc causing problems.
I think any/every negative incident from the protestors/observers POV would be up on the web in a flash.

i posted as i was reading so i will give you half of apolagize! but when you make statements like "they should not have been there" it gets my goat!
a protest is made when a group of pepole get up and say somethink its not heard unless its done in a way that it gets heard! if i go to a feild and say i want my country to stop bullying other countrys of their resources whos going to hear it?

 

I did find a couple videos where the some protesters were being a bit more aggressive than the situation called for, but their behavior did not warrant being pepper sprayed.
