Well bare feet among fashionable teens is a minority thing - trendy wellies are the festival must have !

I know this is bit of an old post but I don't see many others either I've seen a few in Birmingham but other than that it's rare. I think everyone worries too much about social norms to just enjoy life. I'm not barefoot all the time but I do go barefoot everywhere I can all year round.

I wish more people would join in, it's certainly more fun than wearing shoes.

Had forgotten I'd started this, but it still holds true. Not seen ANYONE barefoot in the UK for about three years now, apart from myself :-(

    /\ ah man, that's sad :(
Not sure where you are in the UK but you often see a few around where I live. Also try a visit to Cornwall, barefoot is fairly popular there particularly with the surfer types :)

I live in Birmingham and I very rarely see another barefooter other than me!
Drunk girls of a weekend who have ditched their silly shoes because they can't walk in them don't count.

I am in Kent. Not exactly barefoot central (sadly)! Part of it is too snobby, the other part is too chavvy! I agree, Rol, barefoot for any reason out of necessity doesn't count. Barefoot by choice most certainly does. However, apart from the few of us on here, it's :-(
