String cheese is coming in march the 10th i believe. Hi everyone, I live up in Boulder, love snowboarding, skateboarding, hiking/camping/backpacking. Am wanting to travel this spring/summer backpacking style, would love to meet other like minded individuals. I love dogs, have a big malamute of my own, and he would definitely be going with me. Ready to make the escape from normal reality and see where my travels take me. Anyone else interested?

 

I'm in Westcliffe right now, but my husband and I recently decided to move to Boulder.
Hopefully we'll be there sometime next month.

 

I don't know if I can get away from a job for that. You mean you're going like backpacking in homeless style? Or like hiking style? I like to do both, but the latter is the only one I can really do. Either way, we should go hiking with out doggies I love that.

Yeah, I am about to quit my job to do it! I am gonna go backpacking hiking/homeless style. Gonna move out of my place, I don't have much stuff, and will just go with what fits in my backpack. I have a pretty good backpacking setup, just want to go do something real!

Not gonna leave for a couple months though, it is still pretty early to go backpacking here in Colorado. Where in Colorado are you? My dog loves all dogs and going hiking.

 

I live in the very south east corner of Denver. Pretty good way from the mountains. Sounds like a lot of fun though.How old r u by chance?

No real plans, I would like to backpack the CDT, but it is a little early in the season for that. I have a car, I may drive somewhere! Would like to make the rainbow gathering this year up in Washington, other than that nothing is set in stone.

 

My husband has a job reserved for him there.

Whats some fun things to do. I like frisbee golf skateboarding basketball hiking and a host of other things, wheres the party at here in CO? I dont like the bars to much unless its a group activity just going and sitting at the bar by myself seems really lame. Anyone interested in getting a game of something going somewhere lol

 

Hell ya, folf sounds awesome. As soon as the wind dies down a little and the temp it more constant I would love to play.
