I would guess that nudity became unacceptable about the same time people started wearing clothes. People might have started wearing clothes for protection from the elements, or to show status or to express themselves. But I'd imagine it very quickly became mostly a show of status, which it remains today. The naked were believed to be either too poor, too lazy or too stupid to make clothing. I get similar looks these days when I break out my discman. I do feel very sorry for people who believe that clothing covers the imperfections of their bodies. I suppose it might...but then, clothing also covers all the perfections of their bodies.
when i'm alone i'm naked 99% of the time... the other 1% i'm wearing silk boxers, because those are almost as comfy.
anyways I'm pretty sure that aside from keeping warm.. clothes also serve the purpose of taming uncontrollable horniness
Just like people find it offensive when women breast feed... hell I've even heard some husbands are against it. it's the closed minds of the human race that provoke it.
I love to be naked ^^ I'd like to go to a nudist beach or something acually... But not sure. I studied the female form for one of my projects at uni so I don't find nudity discusting, I find there is much to admire from one and another's naked body ^^
i don't find it offensive, but i do think that if public breastfeeding is ok then public urination should be ok as well. it's more of a hobby for me...
You’re right by now in another life I would have singlehandedly succeeded in spearing and disemboweling a cape buffalo for my village instead I’m sitting here in my plush air conditioned office Hotwater
