If so, I would have liked to have been informed by a mod or at lease warned before-hand that I was on my way to a ban.

I am not upset about the ban. Like I said, it didn't surprise me. I am surprised that I never got a warning of any type. Hell, even Mike got a warning when he jokingly posted porn in Member Photos.
