So where did you hear/read him say that he wants 'Government' (an important point) to implement population control - limiting families to 1 (an important point) child?
Even if you just consider America, it isn't happening, and the population isn't shrinking.

Those two bolded statements automatically provoke "conspiracy" concepts (mistrust, scrutiny to the point of criminalization).

Let's consider "chemtrails". I believe that it is the responsibility, duty and obligation for "the government" to answer to the people and inform, intelligibly (in a language anyone can understand), just what exactly those chemtrails are. This is how to make *domestic tranquility*. There is a platform in the United States called the State of the Union Address. I charge the United States with negligence, failure to live up to the standard of the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States (domestic tranquility).

How EASILY they could put minds to rest about those fkn chemtrails that have SO many people upset! Aren't chemtrails an example of a "conspiracy"? Sure are.

There's only one way for governments to be found not guilty of malevolence: come forward and inform the people. The State of the Union Address is the platform by which the government can respond to the people. Easy.

When people are not forthright and forthcoming, they are guilty of some sort of deception. Deception gives rise to .. and is fuel to the fire of .. conspiracies.

Show me the domestic tranquility in the world. Ha! We don't have it, do we? No, we have conspiracy, extremism, terror, war and "disinfo".

Governments of the world will remain guilty for as long as they refuse to be forthright and forthcoming. "transparency", has been the call for many years now.

I think they deserve the black cloud over their heads, the black cloud called conspiracy.

 

What is the punchline?
If someone or something is controlling your mind without your knowledge or consent then how do you protect yourself? I think the suggestion here is kill the damned government before it multiplies, that is of course assuming you haven't already been infected and find yourself responding to unreasonable paranoia.
I would check and see first if I am able to control my thoughts on a good day.

I'm not sure you can compare what is being spoken of in the pdf and the e.g you give (chemtrails) - but lets give a shot.

It also says:

'discriminate credible information from its many imposters.'

And also:

'Indeed, some conspiracy theories can in some cases have a grain of truth to them, or be based on some facts, and then be wildly exaggerated.'

The website claims to show pictures (I'm not talking about the sample results page) of 'chemtrails' over London and Manchester (and other areas), but fails to inform it's audience where and when exactly the pictures were taken, and also fails to provide any scientific data related to those pictures/videos.
If there is as much (chemtrails) as they claim then surely they would have overwhelming evidence, masses of data - rather than a handful of results from off the shelf kits.

A total lack of complete transparency.

How do we know if the pictures were taken away from an airport - for e.g?
Obviously there is going to be a lot of trails in the sky there.
If they showed evidence that the concentrations of trails were away from commercial flight paths - then that is something to think about.
But strangely they don't.
To be honest, it looks like they have given up trying to post more 'evidence'.

...but what did spring out is the BBC documentary on 'global dimming'.
It mentioned that after 9/11 the sky in certain areas was clear, and that this was probably the result of flights being cancelled.

Imho, it is more likely the millions of flights that take off annually around the world are more likely to be the cause of weather changes.

I don't see terrorists plotting to blow up HAARP or blow up condom factories - do you?

The second link:

A video that’s gone viral claims to show footage of a pilot who forgot to “turn off chemtrails while landing” the aircraft.

The video, uploaded Sunday, shows mist coming from the back of what appears to be a passenger jet.

However, the air appears to be very humid in the video with fog all around.
It likely means that the “chemtrails” were just fog–or wingtip vortices–trailing the back of the plane.

The video doesn’t offer any context, including the type of plane, location, or when it was filmed.

My basic point is: Regardless what a government says, these people don't really want to listen, and are far from transparent themselves.

The above is not at the top of the list because it is old news - nearly 14 years old.

 

The pre-9/11 link is irrelevant in today's world. Chemtrails are not contrails. Contrails have been around for a long time but chemtrails are new in the past decade. There is a discernible difference, as chemtrails produce chemclouds (a thick blanket of unnatural clouds) while contrails do not.

The government is guilty as charged. If they did their job, this conversation would not be happening. But it is.

The black cloud of conspiracy is over their heads because it belongs there. There is no domestic tranquility, odon.

Let them clear the air, in as many ways as that applies.

Do you mean something like the e.g on page three of the report? (what they term 'persistent contrails')

Persistent contrails and contrails evolving and spreading into cirrus clouds.
Here, the humidity of the atmosphere is high, and the contrail ice particles continue to grow by taking up water from the surrounding atmosphere.
These contrails extend for large distances and may last for hours. On other days when atmospheric humidity is lower, the same aircraft passages might have left few or even no contrails.

The e.g's they use look remarkably like the e.g's in the links I posted.

Maybe post an e.g of a 'chemtrail' / 'chemcloud' - don't forget to post where it was taken, when it was taken, and the chemical make-up of the trail/cloud.

You seem to be basically saying: 'It's not that, It's this' - which seems remarkably convenient to me.
But yeah, I await an e.g.

 

You already know my "position" on the matter: it is the responsibility, duty and obligation of the government to answer to the people. The info on contrails does not suffice.

The entire issue could be put to rest with a proper act of governance, which they fail to do.

Imo, the questions have been answered, you just dispute what has been said.
You say chemtrails they say contrails (even though there are chemicals in the contrails).
I do know that in your view there are these different trails/clouds other than what is described as 'contrails'.
Yet, you have not shown me an e.g of a 'chemtrail/cloud'
I don't think that is too much to ask for.

All you have actually put up is a photo-shopped picture.

I'm not quite sure why you can't just say: I oppose the increase in commercial flights that are increasingly blighting out atmosphere.

To be fair, this really should not be about if these things exist or not.
As at a certain point we hit a brick wall.
