Sag Nasty if we could get everyone together on one page, we could do something significant. Do you have any suggestion as how we would approach such an effort?

WE all actually know how. We just don't have the ambition to work out the plot and to put it into action.
That take s focus.
Dedication.
And Energy.

 

If we express ourselves correctly, we should attract whatever like-minded spirits as are out there. I know what's going on. My point is to attract people we must present them with a rallying point. I was merely offering what i consider to be a timely, non-violent and, i believe, increasingly attractive one. Attractive cuz I just can't believe I am the only one that's sick and tired of this bullshit.

 

What we need is a big jump start of energy and an influx of ppl to partake.

 

I think I can speak for Everyone when I say, Yes, we are all sick of it and that is why we formed a Church

 

Just a foot note if a may. To anyone new here, we generally leave these meeting open for 3 days or so, so the all can show up day or night and participate, and we tend to leave the voting open until the end of the meeting or until everyone has voted.

As Secretary: There is no old business to carry forward. However there was some interim discussion of having a "Church of the Good Earth" logo. Sag Darel had put forward a draft.

No agenda, for this meeting.

Everything else is open to new business.

The thing about it is. We could do something significant if we had the funding.

We could raise awareness and rally with petitions to change this or that. There are hundreds of ways to help humanity realize peace is possible in our time. But with every other endeavor, it takes a little seed money to get started.

We have got to get federally exempt from income tax before we can request for grants, donations, etc.

I have tons of ideas as to what and how to put together events, happenings and celebrations, as I am sure we all have something we would like to see/make happen.

The first thing is to get exempt. Then we can do wonderful things.

 

I like the idea of Darel or Anyone who wants to, to do a logo. I like Darel's design, but I am open to others to compare and vote on.

Well-oiled...hmmmm...almost got the motor together...that just might be my next goal

 

We have a non profit corporation in the State of Texas. We have yet to file with the Fed. Want to make sure we do it right. Too much to read and to get. (to understand) Coming Soon! LOL

 

We have yet to get the 501c3 form filled out, it's a bit complicated and I think we may need someone schooled in the matter. I am not. I tried to make sense of it but I could not wrap my mind around it as it became confusing.

I would also like to talk about getting a new seal. I think maybe the logo would go on the seal.

I am also getting my Certification For Ministry next month so there will be an Ordained Minister on board. It is required by fed law, if ya wanna be exempt. I am Ordained, I just don't have the paper to hang on my wall yet, but it's coming.

That kills that rat, so what do we need to do next
