So, I move that we open the floor to to any and all topics all at once so the people can come along in the middle of the night and present and discuss any topic, and you don't have to stay up all night to govern each topic one at a time.

That is how we ran the 20 day long General Meeting. Open discussions. Two or three subjects are once.
