Yeah. I remember asking about you way back and when, and someone telling me that you went off to Arizona. So that's what happened. Cool.

Yeah, I told myself a very long time ago that if I had a daughter, that I would go completely out of my mind. GOD has been kind to me. My Son is doing his own thing. Growing vegetables and fruits. So, I thought about that very hard a very long time ago and decided a very long time ago that if I ever have a daughter that I would love her and raise her the best that I could, but that I would opted NOT to Go Insane. That at a very young age I would simply hard her a dozen boxes of different types of rubbers and say, "Don't catch anything". Beats the alternative. Catching something. (and dying) Why fight nature. Back throughout ancient history boys were man at 13 or 14 and they all married younger women. Go figure that one out. Now we are right out of the Victoria Age. We are the ones who are wrong. We are against nature, now a days.

As The Rooster crows and the coffee drips into the pot, the quiet of the night slips away into the dawn. The night sounds, so suttle and fleating in the distance calls to the otherside of time.

The dew covers the ground thick with manna to nurish the earth and we are once again blessed with a chance of rain.

The hot East Texas Sun beats hard against the clouds to make way for it's rays to reach the earth. The clouds in turn grow dark and thicker fighting against the Sun seering heat.

Between the two the steam rises and covers Mother with a blanket soft and moist, so thick you cannot tell where it begins or ends. Nothing moves. The only sound is the Rooster crowing in the distance.

I savor these times when the silence speaks of hidden messages locked in our souls waiting for the syncranisity (sp) of time and space to reveal itself. You but have to be still to capture the essence of Being and connecting with higherself to recall why you had come.

To be secure in the knowing that you are where you are suppose to be, doing excatly what you are suppose to be doing. Understanding that there is no judgement, only lessons to be learned and shared.

For in the big picture, I could not Be without you and you could not Be, without me. We exisit for eachother. All of us came to be involved with being human, learning how to be human and perfecting ouselves so we may grow and advance to the next level of consciousness.

So, may we grow together and reveal our purpose of being here, NOW and which direction our life's plan will take us. In maturity with reasoning and experience of the way of the world and the ppl in it, we go forward with understanding/Unity/ and LOVE LOVE LOVE. Sieze The Day.

Hi Kenny,
Morning are the best time for me. I wake up all energized and ready to embark on new wild adventures, like the one we are all planning here. The Big Party, A Festival of The Celebration Of Life, the life we lived and are living as a testimony of The Happening.

So now we make our plans to bring the event into manifestation.

We will need input, ideas of how we want this to go, where it is to be held, who will be on the manifest, ect.

There is really no way of knowing what/how much we will need untill we have an idea of how big it grows.

So, here we start, lets get this rock rolling

What we are proposing is a Hippie Theam Park, right? We would have to have it in a place that had good weather most of the time, that did not have floods and earthquakes. Maybe Arizona or New Mexico or even Las Vagas, something to do with the family in Vagas that wasnt gambling.

There are so many possiblities for such a venture, that is sure to be a market.

Yeah, Hippie Theme Park. You got it. Incorporate as a type of "Living History Center" non-profit Like a Renaissance Pleasure Faire, But it would be a Hippie Free Love Pleasure Faire instead. Like Colonial Williamsberg. Maybe put a down on a ranch and make payments on it. Maybe 2 ranches. North and south. Play canned 60s classic rock over a P.A. and Dance. Dress up like it's 1967 or somethings. First week, crafts and art people are free. Next week money. Start out as B.Y.O.B and ice and T.P., A Tail Gate Party with camping. Sound Fun?

GM Kenny, glad your morning went well. I think Morning is splended. I like Twilite the best, between light and dark. Everything get so still and quiet.

You can really get your head in the right place with no interference from static that builds up around your Aura. Kinda like clear mountain streams ( if there is such a thing anymore) You can drink from it and gather up all the energy that is good and clean.

To have a non-profit, you have to have it at least a yr before you quailfy. An LLC is fairly eazy to get tho'

You and I need to get with Ranger on that one, because, he use to do fiber glass boats in Florida way back and when, and he could lead the construction crew on this. He has the knowledge. I can draft the plans. No Prob. I thinking either 70 feet long or 90 feet long which is thirty yards. The middle of the bottom of the boat could be on a pivot point (See-saw) in order to dive and seem to surface from being on the inside.

That I have not read, anywhere. In the NOLO how to, or in the IRS.gov. Anyhow entertainment is a for profit situation. Education/ Museum entities are mostly all nonprofits. I have read that you file as a nonproft with a state first and receive your incorporation papers, then you send a copy of that and your plans to the fed. In a couple of weeks or a month with a yes you qualify on a no you don't. Even before you start the endeavor. NOLO web site.

I have put within the web space a whole page covering nonprofit IRS incorporation. Our Home Page to the List Page (Green) and the link.

Some folks have never been to a Renaissance Fair. Google that. There are many and nonprofit too.
They have bands and play music at Renaissance Fairs. They play the "music of the day" (the era) and that is cultural and educational. Musicology.

These fares have large corporate sponsors, as well. None are LLC.

Today she e-mailed me back and said that she's too "busy studying for some certifications" right now. Will Check it later. Arts and Crafts will come later on, as well.

Turtle Dan is Busy / Later also. But Public Relation will come later on, as well.

Right now, Ranger, we need for you to become the Nonprofit Incorporation's Vice-President and a member of the nonprofit Incorporation Board of Directors. As a part of the process.

The gig may pay big time one day down the road. Expenses soon as we find backers.
