Get was hoping to get a yea or no out of ya before I send the final form to close down the church incorporation. No sweat. You do want it closed. Right?

Like I said, We could try to use "Go Fund Me" and other similar fund web sites. That was always my basic idea for the Hippie Church. But I don't know if you have the interest or the energy for bothering to keep in going. And we do need the occasional meeting. Now it's just you and me.
You relax. Give it some thought later on. OK?

Basically There's only 2 one page forms that need to be sent in each year. The NO TAX DUE form. We made under a million dollars last year so there's no Franchise tax.
That one is pretty easy peesy to do. Just just copy the form from the year before, but change the dates.

As a corp we send in a public information form each year. The general public has a right to look up a company and find out who the officers are. That's public information for public records.

That's all that there is.

If we did get funds we could do good deeds. We could start a whole new Church website, I could build it, for a worldwide hippie church. New members. We too could sell minister or priest certificates like the Universal Life does. And other stuff. Corp officer can legitimately get paid a salary you know.

Just some stuff to put in your pipe and smoke.

We can meet once a month still..

I know that what we have here has served us well over the years. Most all our brothers and sisters passed through, connecting to the ones that they were closest to. Not to live in the past but visit now and then to recall the times, good and bad, happy and sad.. mostly it was happy. Such an adventure that no one had gone through before, a first, a happening. A time of coming together as human beings, all over the world, all at one time.

It was amazing and to recall it only fortifies the fact that is was and that we were called together to celebrate life and share the news of loving one another. We are still who we are or were, ppl don't change, they only get wiser as to where to put their energy.

We are starting to realize our own mortality and the choices we made as we slide from middle aged into our golden years. As they say, hind sight is 20 20. Hopefully we learn from our trials and tribulations, hopefully we skate through under the wire bc what ever it was that we did, it was in the name of love.

 

It's a beautiful east texas morning. The sun is shinning brightly upon the flora as the dew drops sparkle like diamonds scattered about the greenery. The birds are scurrying about collecting things they find interesting, as the leaves shelter them from the elements of nature and her extremes. The neighboring rabbit has set up housekeeping in the yard and visits the squrrills that play in the garden beneith my window.

The cool breeze lifts the bluebonnets, their white faces smiling towards the warmth of the sun. The roses bursting forth with brilliant reds, oranges and yellows, with the dewberries ripening in the background, as the creatures wait impatiently for them to ripen. They hide in the grape like flowers of the whosteria that is indigenous to the area. They try to stay clear of the donkey that patrols the pasture and set off his alarm when intruders enter, weather they be small or huge, he will protect and defend.

The white doves coo, rubbing against the dew that has collected in the leaves of the giant oaks that line the drive. They bathe their beaming feathers removing the dust that had gather during the night.

The air of abundance fills the porch as the coral hunnysuckle and southern jasmine declare a holiday for your sense of smell as the aroma drifts into your nostrils and triggers a wonderment of various heights of exhilaration and shear delight.

My eyes behold the magnificent vision of life in all it's glory. The majestic imagery of rebirth of each day that we are blessed to awaken from our sleepy, slumber to live out yet another moment in the steadiness of the flow that move the breeze across the meadow in a symphony of waves that sooth the savage breath. We strive to be glorious and forthcoming.

baby Chevy is sleeping and I have two hands free at the same time.. wow.. we have been caring for Chevy for two and half weeks. she'll be three weeks old this Saturday.. she was 4lbs and 10ozs and 17in long.. very tiny.. she'll filling out her wrinkles quite nicely now that Nanny has her.

 

Nothing more precious than a newborn, Mary!

 

it's amazing how powerful they are, to be so tiny, they run every aspect of your life...lol.. she's a little blondie with a dimple in her right cheek..

 

did I miss the meeting.. I'm sorry. so much going on right now, too much to explain, dealing with cps and broken hearts and promises shattered by the realities of life's lessons. The lost, unknown to them the secrets of survival and the rules of engagement. Holding the flag of peace we go into battle. Stripped of indulgence and entitlement cast unto the worldly frailety of past regression and unfulfilled destinies of creation.

 

No, Sweetheart. You didn't miss the meeting. You were the meeting.

BTW, Ranger was the pres and you were the VP. Now he's gone, so that now you are the president. Can you preside? Evidentially presidents preside. Hence, the word president. One who presides. Right?

 

I am so very sad. :'( Aries Ellen (D'Felon) Passed over to join Ranger today. RIP Dear Friend.. Let the good times roll, your soul was like the sweet sound of a summer's breeze.

 

My Lady saw your post on yer facebook. Then she told me about it and I was heart broken. I was hoping to see her (Ellen) once again in this lifetime, as some of my girlfriend's people live one state away from her and her husband. I need to fly to see these folks, too. A visit to Ellen would be a two hour drive in a rental car. Alas, That's off of my bucket list, now.

Let us all say a prayer for her loved ones. For the living need the heart comforting. Those who pass are swept up by their loved ones in joy at once.
