But I can still dance like a killer Rock Star ballet dude. Yet, get winded. lol

They took out a third of my large colon, and said eat fiber and said don't eat spicy food. LOL
I'm a guy. my senses Rule me. That means the tongue, too. LOL

It's just another day.

Actually, that's rather comforting. Safe and sound.

 

I'm eating salmon w/rice and seaweed with some tree bark for desert. I've coated my mouth with vasiline so I won't taste anything.

 

I'm dusting the bookshelves in the back of the church.
I'm wondering how Mouseman and Heather are doing in Florida. Bless us all.

 

OMG! I couldn't live like that. I don't know how you do it. You're a way braver woman then I am. That's for sure.

I'm just having too much fun looking up Spanish stuff. I don't really know any Spanish. We could try "Our Lady of". That has a ring to it. Like (Nuestra Señora de no tener vergüenza). Anyhow, I'm out there. Stuff like this, is why my friends won't let me smoke pot. I'm already way out there by nature. LOL


Can you still eat meat or chocolate?

They say that, "Man does not live by bread alone". And now you have to even cut out the bread? I'm so sorry for you, my Cakesness.

 

I am The Mistress Of Salad.. I have eaten my weight in lettuce and sprouts these past few months.. losing weight and feeling no pain. I do miss chocolate cake tho.. I wasn't much of a bread eater but now that I can't have it, I want it..lol.. We went out for Chinese food the other day.. shot my sugar up to 396.. can not eat that no more too. I hadda drink apple cider vinegar to bring it down. Bragg's Organic.. If I go too high I drink a couple of tablespoons of the vinegar in cranberry juice and it brings it down in minutes.. It's good to know about the vinegar bc there is not much you can do when you go too high.. I'm not on insulin so I use the vinegar.. I do not want to go on insulin so, I try to keep my sugar under 200..


I can have lean meat, fish and chicken.. red meat only 3 times a week. Nothing fried.

 

Gotta love the Bragg's. I make a nasal spray with it.

 

I have been using the vinegar for over a year.. I guess that's what kept me going, without knowing I have never used it as a nasal spray before tho..I often add diatomaceous earth to the mix. It's tasteless so there is no weird taste in mixing it..

I think there were more action around here before I came back.. I suppose I could leave again and maybe ppl will start talking again.. :daisy:

 

OK. So I called and talked with my buddy Rita. And then she looked on-line and saw your facebook post and was blown away to read that you and you husband Lynn were both in the hospital. WOW!
And Rita called me right back to let me know. She said check Mary's facebook. My Lady dialed it in and we read your trip. WOW! Not good.

So, this is Church and the three of us are all praying for Lynn and yourself. Pneumonia? Really? Stop IT. Get well. We all need you. And the whole world needs you. We all have work to do.

I hope and pray that you come out of this alright. Our father, fix Mary. Please. And Thank YOU.

Well, Mary. I guess you're not around.

Just thought you might want to know that the Church "No Tax Due" form was filed a month ago with Texas, way before the April 15th deadline. Also sent the Annual Public Information Report for non-profits. "who's in charge" Just like years before.

Next I'll file a form to Dissolve the Incorporation of the Church. That is unless you object. Then POOF all gone.

I had originally thought that we could have done a lot of good, and also used Go Fund Me and other funding websites to raze non-profit money in order to do some good things. And also to recruit new folks into our church. Also we could have made people into ministers.

Let me know what you feel?
Maybe I'll go and start a new AZ church next year. Wish I had cohorts. Love Ya. Stay healthy.
