Damn it. I'm old enough now. I want someone to pay me for being a hippie. A want at least a $100,000.00 a year salary, for being a hippie. We're well worth it. Each of us. I want the money to fall through the door. Automatically. Just because. We are the ones.

I want you to have that salary as well. Each of us.
    And why the F not?

It's a tough job but somebodies got to do it, and get paid for it!

You have a Ph.D. in Hippie. So do all of you, have a Ph.D in Hippie. We are all experts on the subject! I have a Ph.D in Hippie. If we could put 12 of us together we could be a fucking university. The only one on the planet.

AM I THE ONLY ONE OF US THAT GETS IT! WE COULD BE WRITING OUR OWN TICKET.

We should be writing our own ticket, in life. We have it ALL. We just need to pull it together and make it all happen.

We use to make it happen.

Speaking of reading The Book. How many of you have read Ellen's story about the small town cops stealing and eating their Brownies, and later the cops got so friendly that they let them out of the cell and gave them some money to help them in getting back of the road.

Read that one? Just chime in and be counted.

I worked for 2 hours and 15 minutes last night on my computer putting pretty pictures together into one big presentation, for a guy's business, and I made 65.50.

Maybe, I can help my friends to learn how to make easy money. I love to help my friends.
    I love easy money.

    Look Ma!
I can make $65.50 sitting at my desk, naked. Doing next to nothing.

I think that I LOVE Emiel.
Let him know that it's for a joint hippie 60s early 70s book project. Let him know that it's for his percentage of the profit. Future Money.

Anything of interest, in that historic period. Funny or horrible. Good times and bad (tragique).

Tell him that it would be so cool it he could write down each as a fresh new tale, written to the least knowing people. There are a lot of cultural things that we all know between us, that kids today in Egypt or people in China don't know. Like what a Roach is or a toke is or scoring or copping or bumming is.

We are looking for whatever Tall tales that he's got to tell the generations. Sex, Drugs, and Rock 'n' Roll. Daring adventures. Silly shit. Free Love. Anything.

Just sit down and pretend that you are telling it all to your best friend. But folks in Japan are going to have to understand it as well.

Tell Emiel to go for it. Some of my best friends are Belgian. Yanique, Jean Claude.
Now, I have a new best friend!

    Anyhow, go fer it. :sunny:

Again, I want to help my friends to make automatic Money. I want to make automatic money.
Like owning vending machines. You keep on getting the money.

It's called Royalties. Just comes in the door. Year after year. For something that you wrote way back in 2012. LOL What a LIFE! Life is Good.

Start Tracking what? That's too cryptic for me to understand. What do ya mean?

I don't know. Who do you Spell Yanique?
When I do a web search I get that spelling. I don't know.

I'm glad that you are on-line.

What was the red head gal's name, who got busted flying in to Brussles from India. Our friend who we crashed with, do I have his name right? Was it Claude?

What was the Belgian Begonia's name?

Do you remember that nice young tall kid who crashed at the house who was a country farm boy from Belgium? San Francisco was his first time in a big city. Didn't speak a word of English, Stayed with us. Always sat next to D.N.A.
He got his hands on some leather and he hand made leather draw string pouches for you me and everybody in the house.
I keep tying his name to the name of a Giant in a European Fairy tale. The same name.

jerard deschmalyea was the only Belgin I remember But I was not any permannt house member

FYI for all who may remember my sister Strawberry Blond/Red hair Candy who lived with Buddy and was at Cole St I think maybe even at the white house with you cakes for a while in 73-74 who gave birth to Cody has passed away in Portland Orygun. She contracted what is refered to as MERSA the medically resistant hospital Staff.

I waited until I could contact her son and some of the ones who knew better than others first before I posted this.

CHUCK MF I know you and Candy were close and I have tried to contact you before I posted here but I have been unable to find your contacts. I know that you gave me info as to how to touch base when we hooked up at the OCF last year.... I MUST have lost the info man I am sorry that I was unable to get to you before I posted here but She has been gone since the 11 of April now so I wanted to let any who knew her know.

I HAVE spoken to Cody and he sounds like he is doing O.K.

Candys pain is now over and I know she is in a much more peaceful place.

with LOVE from your Brother I am getting your ashes togather so do not worry!!!!!!!!!

Checking out at the store, the young cashier suggested that because I forgot my canvas bag for groceries I was just to old to understand how important it was to be more GREEN.

After Thinking for a moment I apologized and explained, "We didn't have this green thing back in my earlier days." But I try to bring my grocery bag and I forgot I guess I had a senior moment!

The young clerk responded, "That's our problem today. Your generation did not care enough to save our environment for future generations."

HMM -- our generation didn't have the green thing in our day....

Well being old and crotchity now that I am 60 and having to listen to her I replyed....

Yeah you are right we did not have the green thing back in my olden days.

When I was young, we returned milk bottles, soda bottles and beer bottles to the store. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so we could use the same bottles over and over. So they really were recycled. We did not use plastic bottles that now choke the animals in the sea.

But we didn't have the green thing back in our day.

Grocery stores bagged our groceries in brown paper bags, that we reused for numerous things, most memorable besides household garbage bags, was the use of brown paper bags as book covers for our schoolbooks. This was to ensure that public property, (the books provided for our use by the school) was not defaced by our scribblings. Then we were able to personalize our books on the brown paper bags.

But too bad we didn't do the green thing back then.

We walked up stairs, because we didn't have an escalator in every store and building. We walked to the grocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time we had to go two blocks.

But she was right. We didn't have the green thing in our day.

Back then, I washed my 3 baby's diapers because we didn't have the throwaway kind. We dried clothes on a line, not in an energy-gobbling machine burning up 220 volts -- wind and solar power really did dry our clothes back in our early days. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers, not always brand-new clothing.

But I guess young lady you are right; we didn't have the green thing back in our day.

Back then, we had one TV, or radio, in the house -- not a TV in every room. And the TV went blank at 2 am so we had to turn it off! We did not have screens the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen, we stirred by hand because we didn't have 5 electric machines to do everything for us.

When we packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, we used wadded up old newspapers to cushion it, not Styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap. Back then, we didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. I used a push mower that ran on human power. I exercised by working so I didn't need to go to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.

But she's right; we didn't have the green thing back then.

We drank from a fountain when we were thirsty instead of using a plastic bottle every time we had a drink of water again not the choking the fish in the sea.

We refilled writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and we replaced the razor blades in a razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.

But we didn't have the green thing back then.

Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. We had one electrical outlet in a room, or lived in a bus buring wood instead of oil. We did not have an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And we didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 23,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest burger joint.

Isn't it sad the how wasteful we old folks were just because we didn't have the green thing back then?

Eventually we even fought to stop the big Coporations from BURING our Rivers and forced them to clean up their act.

WOW rivers used to burn when you were young she said....I said yeah and us old folks made them stop. Now you only have to continue to conserve because you young folks are so good at it.

I forget my canvas bag, I am old, I hope you do as much as us old know nothings did to change things. AND next time don't give me any lip!

    Smartass young person...

I don't like being old in the first place, so it doesn't take much to piss me off.

    Peace

    wickwah/Chris
