Hey Chris told Erika u were looking at land in Tiller she said to tell u Hurry Up so we all can move back. The sun this morning was bright red hope i can make the beach this afternoon beforre it rains. Sahalie 6 is staying with us for the summer so Erika can go to school and work and Bubba 17 is also staying as i got him a job at my store so much for relaxing. Welcome ellen more later guys .

 

Good Morning All,
Man, What a day I had yesterday. Nothing got accmplished. We went to checkout the Deckboat ( a deck boat is like a barge but smaller, not a pontoon). Well I fell in love love love with it and Lynn liked it too.

The man that was selling it was a sweet ole guy. He took it out to the lake for us to give it a test drive. Well when we got to the lake and the boat is on the trailer have way in the lake to back off the trailer and the damn thing wouldnt start.

The poor old guy fiddled with it for 3 hours. Lynn ran to the house to get another marine battery but again no luck. So another hr or so later Lynn decides that we will do this another time. We all went home to begin another day.

The poor old guy had a flat on the trailer on the way home and when he finaly got back home, the boat cranked right up. It was too late to try to get it in the water by then and the wind had picked up speed, so I sit boatless and cardless bc we never made it to town.

The only thing that saved the day was... Ranger Called me!!!!! Wooohooo, I got to talk to him and Rita last night. He sounded great and was in good spirits. We talked a while and then he got the hiccups and I know it was causing him discomfort, he hadda get off the phone.

He did say he was suppose to be cutloose from the hospital and put into rehab so they can help him get his sea legs. He said he would probably be in rehab for a month to 6 weeks.

He said he was glad to have had the surgeries and that he feels better. He was humbled by the support of all of us and is gratefull we pushed him in the O. R.. It did save his life.. We are all heros, esp Ranger, he did the hardest work and will regain his stature asp. Rita, she held on like a trooper, she stayed by his side through it all. We applaud you Rita. Thanks for being there.

Kenny, you are Ranger's champion, true blue till the cows came home. Thanks for all you do.

Thanks to us all Ranger will be on his feet in no time with all valves pumping precious life's blood throughout his body.

just me n you Kenny but they will return, they always do.. ya cant help it if ya been here once and ur GE then you always come home and for now this is homebase till we build a real one some place we all love.

We have really started coming closer together lately. I suppose we had a common ground being as we all love Ranger and Rita and were doing our very best to help them in all ways.

So, now, On With The Show

 

I'm hoping we will all be able to congregate in realtime. maybe we can all meetup someplace this summer, maybe we could all meet here at my place. There is a lake(Lake Winnsboro) where we camp a lot that is 7 minutes from the house we could hang out at and fish or hang out or patry on the deckboat (when we get it). The ones that did not want to camp could go back to the house and sleep and come back in the morning for breakfast, yum.. we can have a bar b qued brisket, tater salad, red beans, cole slaw and whatever else we can come up with.

We could get citronella and put it all around Rita so the "BUGS" dont aggravate her and she can sleep in the house where it's cool.
