Chunky Glass Pipes

Here's my experience so far with CGP and its not good. First off it says money will not be taken from your credit card until order is shipped, here's what happened to me. I ordered a cpl things from their site i paid the extra for faster shipping, a few days went by after it should've already been here and they sent me an email saying they don't even have my stuff do you want something else? After already taking my money from my credit card plus the extra for faster shipping. They should make sure they have the stuff in stock before taking your money, secondly they have a bad phone number that just goes to a full mailbox, i've had no response back from them yet. I'll keep you posted, my order wasn't that big i ordered a glass water pipe and a 4 piece herb grinder. If i wanted something else i would've went on a different reputable website and probably had my stuff by now. I don't recommend people use this company. I'll try to be patient a little more longer with them but most likely i'll get a lawyer involved. If anyone else had the same thing happen let me know. Wish me lucky hopefully they do the right thing and send me my order.

 

ok so after sending them multiple emails to cancel my order and give me my money back i received an email from them today saying your order has been canceled, so i immediately checked my credit card and what do you know the money was there! I was very surprised i thought i would never hear from them again. I will never use that site again, im very happy they returned my money though but will never recommend them.

 

i just ordered a little under $100 from CGP yesterday, i looked on my credit card to see if the order has been processed and it just says the transaction is pending. i really hope i get my order its really needed and in a few days, i read all the complaints about CGP after i ordered it, now im sceptical about this website. and a lot of future costumers (my friends) are waiting to see if i get my order to see if they should order from the same site. Please Heather dont screw me on this one. the last 5 digits after the dash on my order form are 57233, please get back to me on this i need them atleast by saturday, i dont really understand how you can say on your website you usually deliver the next day but so many people say that they dont get their shipment for a few weeks after, i have sympathy for you running this buisness by yourself but atleast let your customers know that it might take a little more then a day to ship the product out.

 

You should email CGP right away and tell them you want your order cancelled immediately or you will take further action. Then once they cancel your order, go to www.gogopipes.com thats where i went for my order after i had the bad experience with CGP. I ordered a reallly nice glass water pipe from there. The delivery takes about a week well depending where you live..i live on the east coast so it took a week to get it here from the west coast. But it's definitely worth it. The quality was 100%, you definitely wont be sorry if you order from them..I at first thought they were the same company but they're not..gogopipes is CGP #1 competition. Good luck with your online shopping..i hope you find what you're looking for! Please don't use CGP they will scam you like they have many other people.

 

Thanks for the info I'm just going to wait and see how it goes and if it's not here by the day it's suppose to be I will look into it and probably cancel my order and try that website, thanks man.
