This is apparently my so called competition. Riddle me this Batman...What credit card processor would allow a company to scam people for years? If you have to think about that, you're not too bright. I bought NW Glass art last year, I have nothing to do with what they did before that....

I ordered 3 pipes from North West Glass Pipes 9 days ago and still have not seen one. Due to the number of reports online and forums concerning them being a scam when I saw that I might be able to reach someone (unlike by email or phone). I acted upon that as soon as possible. Heather if you are out there is my order coming?

Well my code usps shipment code come today so I expect i'll see these pipes in a week.

 

A bit concerned now, after placing a $150 order.

 

I would not worry. Despite their lack of customer service they did send my pipes and they were high quality. It took them one and a half weeks to process my order so give it time. To make up for their slow processing I was upgraded to faster shipping than I paid for.

 

Yeah don't worry your order will get to you man. They just have a lot of orders to process and fill.

Well I've placed another order for a Blue Dot Zong water pipe i'm very excited in anticipation of its arrival. Its been a week this is about the time I received my USPS last time.

I bought a piece from your website on 08/12/08 and paid for (Express Delivery Shipping, 1 to 2 Days). The shipping cost $25.95 Today is 08/20/08 and the update page still says "will ship in 24 hours". No package. no update, nothing.... What the heck is going on? Are you still processing my order? The product did not say it was out of stock. I have been waiting for a week for somthing that I expected in 3, maybe 4 days max! I have ordered form many sites before and 1 to 2 day shipping always means 1 to 2 day shipping. I dont mean to be a dick, I just dont know how I'm not supposed to say anything. Is it comming or not???

yeah i ordered something from CGP on the 20th, and said it would ship out in 2-3 days. as long as everyone says that i will get my stuff i'm not concerned. anyone else order that 6 chamber bubbler? im sure it will be a pain to clean but whatever!

Horrible customer service, product was not at all as it looked on the website. The best part of all my piece came with a nice big crack in it
I wonder what there going to do about this? Nothing please do not waste your money on this company.
