What i'm getting at is; have you (yourself) ever touched any form of physical evidence that evolution is true?
I myself have never seen (hands on) any evidence of the War of 1812, just read of it in books. It is however an historical fact, unlike the "eovlution" of man which is scrambling for legimiticy.
A new movie is comeing out about the site. This site has been researched by Dr. Lennart Moller who is a professor at Karolinska Institute in Stockholm Sweden, Dr. Manfred Bietak Egyptologist, professor at the University of Vienna, Professor Ken Kitchen Egyptologist, of the University of Liverpool, England, and Dr. Ebba M. During, Archaeoosteological Research Laboratory Stockholm University, Sweden. The name of the movie is, THE EXODUS CASE. The movie will confirm everything I have been telling you. This is a scientific and forensic investigation. At the bottom of the Red Sea between the two pillars erected by Solomons workmen, is the remains of the Egypitan army. This, they do confirm.
The Bible speaks of Solomon building his navy on the Red Sea. The Red Sea in reguards to his navy, is the same wording which is used to describe God splitting the Red Sea. Or do you believe that Solomon built his mighty navy, in a shallow marsh.
Sorry you don't buy that, but a new movie is coming out, called the Exodus Case. The site has been researched by Dr. Lennart Moller, Professor of the Karolinska Institute of Stockholm Sweden, Dr. Manfred Bietak, Egyptologist and Professor of the University of Vienna, Professor Ken Kitchen Egyptologist of the university of Liverpool England, and Dr. Ebba M. During, Archaeoosteological research laboratory of Stockholm University of Sweden. And with their knowledge and resources they have concluded, that this is the site of the Exodus crossing, and they have been able to determine that the bottom is covered with the remains of the Egyptain army. They have confirmed the Biblical account. Before anyone found the remains of the Egyptain army, they first discovered the two pillars that had been placed on either side of the Red sea. The Bible mentions these pillars. And they were placed there by Solomons workmen, to mark the place where this event took place.
RE: Because, according to the original languages, it wasn't a "Red Sea" crossing, it was the "Sea of Reeds" crossing. This makes sense, as the Sea of Reeds is about six inches deep. One question though - how did God drown the Egyptian army in six inches of water?
This is all very interesting. I would just like to point out that humans are, in fact, still evolving. Did you know that a lot of people now days never grow Wisdom Teeth? I am 27... never grew them, never had the roots to grow them. Neither of my sisters have the roots, nor do over half of my cousins. Why are a large percentage of people no longer growing these extra teeth? Simple answer? We no longer need them. Our jaws are smaller now, which reflects a change in tooth/mouth usage (ie. no longer grinding grains with our teeth to make pastes). Wisdom Teeth are a evolutionary throwback and is now being genetically weeded out.
Oh give me a brake, almost every bit of so called hard evidence has been shown to be either phoney, or debunked. Even one leading evolutionist stated that all the evidence to support evolution could easily fit in a small coffin with room to spare. Not to mention, that in one hundred years, they have never found even one trans species in the fossil record. Many of the stories in the Bible are being verified by strong evidence, and they are even finding extra Biblical stories chisled in stone, and your still looking at a pigs tooth. Evolution is a story, the Bible is being verfied by evidence.
Question, why would Solomon build and try to float his navy in six inches of water? Because the same wording for reed sea is used for Solomon building and docking His navy. Maybe he used hydrofoil ships that traveled at high speeds.
If evolution is real, and millions of years have passed, can you tell me why they can't find one fossil show trans species, and they have had over a hundred years to do so. There should be billions, yet they can't find one. Why is that?
If the Bible is a work of fiction, why have they found the coral encrusted remains of Pharoahs army at the bottom of the Red Sea?
Pharaoh's Army never crossed the "RED SEA", it was the "Sea of Reeds" (literal text), so there goes your "evidence".
have you ever touched gravity...maybe it isnt a force that attracts all matter to other matter, maybe it is a bunch of "gravity faries" pushing everythign towards other things... but yeah...have you ever seen creation happen, or just read about it?
its my personal opinion that mankind, although still evolving through gene mutations, has underminded the natural selection of out it...i bet diabetes, arthritis, crohn's disease[a bowel inflamation] are very rare in the natural kingdom, whey, because those creatures who are born with those, die before reproduction time comes around... now im not advocating euthanasing people with genetic deformities, and i think its great the we can now give everyone a chance to be alive...but looking at it strictly biologically, and without emotion, i should be dead [along with millions of others] ok, so this doesnt have to do with the bulk of your post, but the first part reminded me of it take care seahorse...if there are no real good explanations of evolution when i get home from school, i wil crack out a biology book...
This post is just one example of ignorance of evolution and how it works. One thing I have noticed about many who believe they 7-day creation story is that they literally know nothing about evolution - except for catchy rhetoric they heard at church or bible school (I sometimes think that the catchy rhetoric is the only thing the church survives on). When I went to Faith Baptist School all they taught us about evolution is some song about how we didn't come from monkeys and then they said that the concept of the big bang was just rediculous - asking where did all the stuff that caused the bang come from. Of course they question that, but they don't question where thier God came from. They didn't explain anything else about the big bang, or any of the science surrounding evolution for that matter. Seahorse, I believe you said yourself that when you teach your kids about the trinity you have to use your fingers. Well science doesn't make cute little shows with their fingers to teach their ideas. They have evidence, facts, and scientific method. I will take evidence over analogies any day. No where are you going to read about any real science from real scientists (not just christian preachers that call themselves "Doctor") that supports creationism. Especially not the creationism that claims the "young earth" myth is true. My advice to those that obviously don't have a clear understanding of evolution and the science and theory behind it? Study it - beyond what you would hear in a high-school science class. Really try to learn about the science and ideas behind it. What's the harm? Afraid of the science convincing you?
