"Goes GREAT with mint jelly. Maybe a side of taters and corn too. YUMMMM-MY!!!" I mean you know how to make fun of the "Lamb of God" But do you know actually why Jesus is called the "Lamb"
I have the same problem. I live on the bible belt, and im always told that im going to hell for not balieving in christianity, and that i will be prayed for. I hate that!
its not POSSIBLE. and if try the "it was only a little portion of the earth that got flooded" bit, well thats just another example of a not so perfect bible.
Mathew 10:14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. How easy is this people. This thread should have ended too long ago. Move on to those that will recieve. Let it be Babe.
Proverbs 14:7 Go from the presence of a foolish man, when thou perceivest not in him the lips of knowledge. Proverbs 15:14 The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness
christianity isnt jsut about dying, its not about waiting for jesus to return or for us to return to him! god gave us life to enjoy life, to live big, to dream big! god has great plans for us while we are on the earth. says so in my fav bible verse jerimiah 29 v 11 i knwo the plans i have for you says the lord, plans to give you future and a hope, and not to harm you. a life that is prosperous! or something along that drift! when i became a christian it was then tht i really lived becasue i understood the value of life and that our lives are too short to waste
My favorite Bible verse is: JUDGES 1:19 1:19 And the LORD was with Judah; and he drave out the inhabitants of the mountain; but could not drive out the inhabitants of the valley, because they had chariots of iron. He'd be waaaayyy up shit creek against an ICBM.
In regards of the Messiah walking through the Eastern Gate... "Write the vision and make it plain in tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries wait for it; because it will surely come. It will not tarry" (Habakkuk 2:2-3)
Indeed. And so do millions of people. So did the terrorists who attacked the WTC. People die for lies EVERY SINGLE DAY! Is this supposed to be an argument?
