Christian Anarchism

Most christian anarchists do not subscribe to pauline christianity or adhere to the heirarchical nature of churches.

The two aren't mutually exclusive, they do not speak on the same topics.

you do not have to be an anarchist to be an atheist and vice versa.

 

I think you misunderstsnd the fundamental nature of christianity.

It portrays an authoritarian version of the universe, which it is claimed, exists on a spiritual level. The thing is not about establishing human freedom, but creating a heirarchical world order which they imagine mirrors the divine order above. God is a king, christ is a king.
You may think you have freedom, but if you exercise it, you may end up in hell, being punished by authority.
Anarchy does believe in human freedom, and hence is opposed to such a view of the universe. Why should a person who believes in an authoritarian spiritual order seek anarchy in the world?

 

There is an Anarchy forum and an Atheist forum, if you two want to discuss the flaws of theism or the scope of anarchism...

I'm not actually an atheist - it is possible to have spiritual beliefs which are not christian.
Wiccans for example have a form of spirituality much more compatible with anarchy.

The sad problem here is that nothing matters that has been written.
christians wont give up the idea of hierarchy and anarchists wont submit to god. Theres no middle ground - thats why traditionally religion holds a rightwing perspective - its about order and nihilism and chaos are not an option for them - I did once dabble in a little bit of anarchy but we just ended up smoking dope and not washing the dishes - it was hardly the revolution I had expected.
nowadays I prefer to throw things at the TV when the news is on.
However I am at the moment plotting the overthrow of western capitalism so that people can test anarchy for 30 days after which if you do not purchase a license it will not be allowed to run again and a socialist Junta will take over for 30 years until capitalism retakes its throne. During that time I will become king of the USA
