gotta work 10pm - 6am all week starting tomorrow... trying to figure out when i should sleep lol i've never worked such hours..

do an all nighter tonight, stay up as long as i can, then fall asleep, that way i'll be able to work until 6am? i dont know.. this is going to suck, i work twice in the same day every day then? I got home at 6am but have to go back at 10pm the same day? Oh bawls...

it depends on if you have errands you have to run during the day. you should probably aim to "get up and go to work" so pick your time you have to wake up to have enough time to get awake ready, and count back 6-8 hours from there. 7 is my ideal number, but i cant sleep past 4 hours without waking up lately. i can function on 1-2 hours. im like a mutant.

anyway, if you go to work and have time when you get home, then you get to relax. if you have your spare time just before work then you have to gauge how much you smoke/ drink, etc. also, coming home tired puts you at risk to fall asleep at the wheel, much safer to be sleepy at home.so go to sleep around noon, get up 8-9, and have 6 hours of free time, in the daylight. you WILL need blackout technology to trick your body into thinking its night, should spend like an hour in a dim room, play video games or watch tv, then sleep. just hang a quilt over your window.

we have .24 of an acre, and the house's footprint is 24ft x 48ft. we have a "shed" building that is coming down, the floor is falling apart, and theres some mold, but we will be building some other structures eventually. right now we just have the gardening crap in there
