hard for me to put on mass cause i'm so skinny, but since i've been bulkin up i got a tiny bit of belly fat, and i got some 6pack abs but now they're not as visible cause i was bulking up.. but if i do cardio, it'll stunt muscle growth? Now i'm fucked lol one or the other for me this summer.. but i wants both

 

eat 1-2g of protein per pound of body weight... you won't loose much mass...

 

my mom doesnt react to poison ivy, she used it to get back at a cheating boyfriend in highschool (i can not imagine the itchiness combined with nudity, ouch) but i have never come in contact with it. regular ivy fucks me up, i itch, cough, eyes and nose run... nasty stuff. there are far better ground covers

we had chicken sausages from the natural grocery store. o they are free range chickens, the sausages are made right there in the store. mine was garlic parmesan, we also had green chile and jalapeno, but i didnt eat those. and as an added bonus i think i fugured out what im doing wron with my little hibachi grill, im thinking fill it with fire, then cook over that deeper layer of coals. next time, i will do better.

 

used to do that but then i realized how much i was spending on whey protein a month.. going to start eating more chicken and eggs though, plus stocked up on some more whey, so will be doing that forsure

thinking of adding 2 cardio days a week, then balancing it out with a ton of clean carbs

I think it might be impossible to cut and gain at the same time but im gunna try it out i guess lol
