i think binding has more relief than wraps.... ya know when u use those sport wraps on joints and stuff. but this sort of for muscle relief, but its a little scientific.

using climbing rope cut in semi short length. take the rope and bind the arm, -leg wrap it all the way up. unlike the sports wrap which is super tight. the rope has spaces between it. Its almost as good as getting a massage .. but it has to come on and off you dont want to overly cut off circulations but this will force circulations in muscle and give much relief..

I must admit to seeing some pics of some men that I did think...ummmm....if I was only younger. (Like Sam -forget his real name - on the show Supernatural...for instance, but he wasn't nude, just shirtless, all the way down to his parts).

I have known some fine FINE men that after I got to know them, they were so egomanical, oblivious and sometimes stupid, they became not just ugly to me but made me want to spit when I was around them. Stupidity and narcissism are probably my biggest turn-offs.

I was planning on washing about 3 loads of stuff today...winter blankets and etc...but it's overcast and looking like rain. My car is still clean, so I FULLY expect those drops to start any moment. My bones are also telling me rain is just around the corner. :mickey:

 

I'm going to spend my morning reading, and my afternoon smoking bubble hash and finishing the new season of arrested development. I've never really been much of a fan of hash, but this bubble hash is pretty tasty and ridiculously potent. It's twice as expensive as the weed I buy, but I think it works out to a better deal.
