Double Double with animal style fries and a chocolate shake. And then the rest of the day in the fetal position feeling sorry for myself

 

I very seldomly eat anything but food prepared at home anyway. I think the last I had was something my daughter brought me from Taco Bell in October.

I don't either but of course gay marriage comes with the choice to divorce. Everyone (I thought) was aware of that.

 

I know but he seems to be indicating that anti gay marriage people are pro gay divorce...or something?

I have no problems with anyone's sexual orientation and I support gay marriage.

If Chik-Fil-A, a privately owned corporation, wants to make a political stance for or against something that should be their right. Just as you or anyone has the right to either boycott them or endorse them based on their beliefs.

To my knowledge the government hasn't stepped in and said....Chik-Fil-A now has to serve gays if gays wish to eat there.

 

i used to live semi-close to one. like others have said, they make above average chicken sandwiches. and their fries are pretty good.

i don't particularly give a shit about the owner's political views, but i did rarely go there because sunday was the only day that was usually convenient to do so, and they have a dumbass business model that doesn't allow you to eat there one out of every seven days.

they take that smiling thing too far though, it's fucking creepy in there. it's like a whole room full of this:

 

Fast food should be banned because of the heart disease and diabetes epidemic in the USA.

 

Don't get me wrong, it's all terribly unhealthy, but when I think of fast food, I think of burgers, and when I think of burgers that are both fast food and actually taste good, I think Wendy's and Five Guys. I was not speaking in terms of the nutritional content of the food.

 

I'm wondering if they were bendable like other fri(t)es from american fast food restaurants i know.
Good fries by dutch standards do not bend, they snap. They're also golden brown (not literally brown lol), never light yellow.

i think they have waffle fries there, and if i remember correctly they were bendable. which is my preference.

Kind of. What I mean was that most who are still against gay marriage, still embody homophobia inside of them. And won't be convinced toward any notion of making life better for the gay community. So I bring up the notion that divorce can be a painful consequence for a straight marriage, just as it would be for a gay marriage.

That's just in my experience of talking to those who are against gay marriage and acceptance.
