i was a kid who didnt fit in. in my first elementary school i had 1 friend, from 1st-4th. no friends in kindergarten. second school, for 5th grade, fake friends. nice to me one day, tortured me the next. i spent recesses moving rocks in a drainage ditch. 3rd school, 6-7th made some friends, outcasts like me. still friends with them, though its on facebook since we live so far a part. 8th-9th had a handful of friends, outcasts like me. 10th -12th i ate lunch with my favorite teacher, made a couple of friends as a pot smoker, they all hang together, but forever lonely.

kids are cruel. i was warped young. if i didnt love to read and lose myself in other worlds i would not have survived school. there were so many times i wanted to die. and schools are getting worse down here, the zero-tolerance policies have removed all need for thought. cant even have "finger guns" or play dodgeball.

 

Reading sure was my escape. I never had more than a friend or two at a time. Most are now long gone. I still have reading though. :2thumbsup:

I lived for recess when I was a kid...specially once I got to be in grade 6....we were kings of the playground........

me and some buddies would walk arm in arm saying over and over ''we don't stop for nobody''...

kind of singing it and as we walked we would bowl kids over that were stupid enough to not run away....it was great fun ....another rough game we used to play was ''british bulldog''

great fucking game....everyone lines up on one side of the field and the only object is to get from one side of the field down to the other end without being tackled....soon as you get tackled you jopin the dude in the middle....now you too are a british bulldog.....at the end it is one scared guy trying to run through 20 bulldogs in the middle

I loved that game

another was horseback fights....gotta carry a dude on your shoulders and he fights a dude on another kids shoulders......that one was banned

 

this is wild. because of the time difference I managed to stay up the entire time you guys slept... way too caught up. it's almost 7 am here, and i am going to bed..
