Right, and he isn't going to be subject to the US Legal Code while he is incarcerated. He will still be subject to the UCMJ which operates under an entirely different set of rules.
When Fort Leavenworth say they don't provide, does that mean they don't allow? I'm quite sure Team Manning can afford to pay for his reassignment.
Of an active duty military member undergoing gender reassignment therapy? Or specifically in regards to an inmate at a military prison?
I have no idea. There may have been others who wanted it but didn't have the media circus surrounding them like Manning does.
