really if you look at the price to pay to get in, then look at all the bands, most festivals average out to about $2 to $3 a band, not bad considering if you saw em alone it wold be atleast $20. i do think bonnaroo was all about money but i think it is great going to smaller festivals and supporting the bands i love, our money keeps em playing...... and last year i even went to a festival that raised enuff money to save sunshine daydream, without ssdd there woldnt be a place to have Jerrys Birthday Bash anymore and it wold have to be moved..........
I'm going to a festival this weekend called North Country Fair. I went in 1999 and tickets werere only 35 bucks for the three days, now their 75.
it sounds great wish i could come but i am a little to yound i can drive but i aint got a licence and well i plan on going when i turn 18 cause i am movin out my moms house and i will be livin in a van pretty much lol sounds like a nightmare to some but thats my dream im gonna live in a vw van that i will paint a mural on it will be awesome i was just wonderin a few things: about how many people come if dont know a number choose: a little bit a bunch a lot a whole lot tons and tons or make up your own discreption. when i come would i be able to park my van somewhere else and walk the rest the way there and pitch a tent somewhere if so where do they give designated areas or would i be able to hike and find a spot how long does it last/ when i pay that one fee does it pay for all the days these are just a few things i was wondering cuz i might get my aunt to take me next year she loves things like that thanx, modernhippy
