I think it is only visible to us not to others. I have the same thing on mine but no one else sees it.......probably the mods can but not members.

yes it seems you can see if you got a warning (or zero warnings) but only moderators can see them on everyone

for me its a link and if i click it ...it goes to a place where we would have left a reason for the warning
