Chatnuts roasting on an open fire

Not really I talked to a little when I was outside. She seemed like a nice lady though. Older with kids moved away.

 

I'm keeping a close eye on my neighbor across the street. He's 92. Lost his wife 8 years ago. Lives alone. Still wants to do everything himself.
I know in my heart that I'll have to help him one day in a life or death situation. I just hope I'm in time to try to save him or to get the rescue force to him. I have his son's and daughter's number at the ready.

 

i hope my neighbors kids plays with matches. I hate those fucking welfare slobs..

 

I used to play with matches bad.
Zack and I were behind this bar. My mom was using the ladies room, she could smell the smoke and hear us snickering.

I got the shit beat out of me. Zack got nothing. My mom also took me to the fire station where firemen spoke to me and showed me pictures of people and homes burned. I still remember those pictures to this day. Awful.

A few months later Zack burned a few acres of dry farm field.

I never saw Zack again after the playing with matches behind the bar.

when i call him in if he doesn't want to come in he just sits down in the snow and pretends like he is going to be good and shut up....he is fine in the cold

my neighbor plants fields and leaves them for the deer to eat over winter....they have a huge apple orchard with about a zillion apples being preserved under the snow...the deer are fat right now....really fat....my hens have a 250 watt white light heat lamp....its summer inside the coop.....the hunting dogs have their own small cabin/heated kennel....just so you can sleep better....all the animals here are happy ....not to mention the 50 small wild birds that arrive every day to eat my hens food....also i somehow manage to keep a family of rats alive

The indoor bunny isn't in the good books because he got out and ate my missus shoes. I couldn't find him in the dining area I close all the doors so if he gets out he's got the kitchen and dining area to run in and I just couldn't find him and then I saw some movement and he'd made his way up onto the table and was just sitting there watching me. He's really cute so I managed to pick him up with daggers all on my chest and we put him back down in the pen and he flops over and starts sleeping. Must have been a big few hours without supervision. Hehe. I guess I'll find it more annoying if he eats my shoes up. he might have a friend soon anyway because Byron is a big bully and Chase seems really skittish around him at the moment us I found a scratch on Chase' nose. But I really don't want two bunnies indoors.

So I might have to go in search for a desexed lady rabbit for them to have fun with lol.

speaking of fires. this building burnt this morning.. I smelled a lot of smoke outside when leaving for work, but I blew it off because there are woodburing homes around me. but I was like damn who the fuck is burning plastic.. my beer store is right next door.. no damage. 1 injury, not serious..

 

getting my big check from inbox dollars lol . took little more than a week fooling around with the survey. but the scratch-off was the zingger. 10whole$$$ wooot. probably took me 4hours or more to get the last final cents to get over 33$ .. now to start over again..

i just messed with it because i was bored one day: you guys are not the most talkative bunch lol.. but I kinda got addicted to it on spare time. since its an app, I can close it and come back and its usually still there til Im done. no hurry for 25cent to $2.50 for 15/45mins of time. its a slave wage but I dont do it for needed money. Im just not into phone games like candy crush or whatever. might as well make a couple dollars tapping on the screen if I can..

 

That's why I love drinking whiskey, cause it fills all the cracks in my soul, and it helps forget all the damage I've done and all the time I spend down in this hole and for a moment I'll swear I hear jesus say girl it'll all be alright, so I take one more shot of redemption, lord, it's like Sunday every Saturday night.

 

grow partner and his wife and sister in law and dog are in a taxi coming from somewhere in Quebec...he blew up his motor coming from the east coast today...yours truly is heading across to meet him but he wont let me head towards him to save him money....wants me to just stay on the Kingston side at the ferry.....6 hour taxi got to be 6 hun


just finished the best sloppy joe ever....made from scratch and not the canned stuff....so healthy and damned good

 

I made a chicken schnitzel roll yesterday and omg I don't know why I buy take out when what I can make is so much better. And healthier.

 

Ive not had a sloppy joe since Vietnam..

Oh well
I was visiting with an old roommate a few weeks ago, he still lives in the same place and a young hipster couple pulls up next door and waves at us. I had a tender place in my heart for the old lady that lived there, she always went outside to get her mail in 90 degree weather wearing a wool coat and we would shoot the shit sometimes and talk shit about the awful neighbors on the other side. So I assumed the young hipsters were her grandkids but my old roommate told me she died and her kids sold the house. Sad
