i like mine medium rare..on the bbq

marinated for a few hours or overnight in italian dressing before grilling...and left to sit about 5 minutes before eating it

been awhile though..cant afford it lately...i only like the good cuts preferably rib eye or fillet..

beef seems to have doubled its price here since last year///

when money isnt tight my dad does a ribeye roast for xmas dinner. oh is that ever some yummy stuff. day to day we usually do london broil. its nice when we can afford it, but the other day we had a cheaper cut, flank or skirt im not sure. but my mom bought it, and had put half of it in the freezer with the marinade, and i didnt want to think too hard about what to cook. i wish beef were cheaper, but i also like good quality, so it will never be that cheap. id rather have a good quality "poor" cut, than a low quality "good" cut.

I love a med rare ribeye.

I want well done (to slightly burned) hamburger.

Steak and eggs is a rich and wonderful treat.

When I feel like going to a little trouble, I like oven roasted potatoes with butter, garlic and rosemary (fresh rosemary and garlic cloves) yummmmm

Steak... Medium rare too, usually just some cracked red & black pepper and sea salt, if it's a good cut. Price has doubled here too, but if I don't eat stuff like that I start dropping weight again. I had to cut back on good foods a few months ago and beginning of this month and can see an immediate loss of weight... scary shyt.

yep. kind of a lot of snow. theres at least 6 inches on the bird feeder outside the window, but im not going out there with a ruler to check the overall depth. they were predicting 5-10 inches, but it looks like the weather will swoop through again before it warms up.

found a tool i forgot i had..(hub puller slide hammer) .it was stashed in another shed...needed it last thursday and had slight dejavu couldnt remember if i actually owned one or had borrowed it.....now i remember lending it to an uncle and it came back with a broken jaw on one of the pieces and i was really pissed off because it was brand new when he borrowed it

also found a second one i forgot about ..another slide hammer but much smaller for bodywork

i refuse to lend out tools now...ill even lie and say i dont own one ..i dont really care about those kind of lies my tools are my job and i didnt invest all that money over the years to just lend people shit..same with vehicles..traiilers and car dolly...go buy your own shit or call a fucking tow truck

    Fired up the grill again...

I can't find 1/2 of my tools... If I'm looking for a specific tool, I definitely won't find it.

I bought a new water pipe yesterday. It's a lil bit smaller than the one I was using which finally gave way after a couple of months of constantly cracking. :D

high supposed to be in the 50's here today. i dont like running the heat, but sometimes you gotta. i will probably bake some banana bread. might wait and make the boy do it after school, havent decided yet. have to go to the bank to deposit money. probably going to have to run to the doctors office too. i dont know if the pain is a real concern, but it is persistent, so it needs to be mentioned.

Went out and collected a cartful of bark and rotted wood... Gonna run it through the chipper and make some mulch for out front. Nice day here, in the 70's now, partly cloudy. Supposed to get a thunderstorm later.
