i saw him in concert...he was amazing...if i wasnt such a druggie i might remember more than that lol

i've been to or worked at about 2000 concerts and remember a dozen or so with any amount of detail

for instance...i saw alice coopers welcome to my nightmare...my dad gave me floor seats about 10 rows back where i always sat...always on an isle because i was a professional concert goer....the show is just a few snapshots to me because we all thought it was a good idea to take purple microdot lsd for the show

which we did...the whole show was black lights and spiders and nightmarish shit

i think it was awesome...not sure though

bruce puts on an impressive show...i worked his show and i went with seats on different tours....first one was the best....i used to dance just like bruce

watch for courtney cox from the tv show friends...bruce hauls her up on stage to dance with

and look how young bruce looks

skip to 52 seconds if you wanna see exactly how i dance[d]...i even rolled my sleeves like bruce

at 3.22 he says ''hey baby'' and hauls courtney out of the crowd

a lot of the stuff they sell in nootropics doesn't have much research behind it, so it's hard to know if they do anything or not. i tried alpha brain and noticed some improved focus, it seemed to make me think a little bit clearer. might have been a placebo though. i tried shroom tech sport from the same company, and felt like it gave me an energy boost both times that i've used it (but again, maybe a placebo - either way, i got results).

the last one i've tried is new mood (by onnit, the same company as the other two). it has 5-htp along with some other things, but i don't really notice much advantage over taking plain old 5-htp to be honest.

    photoshop that shit out.

i'm home from work today... bit of a mental health breakdown, but things are under control now. i'll most likely pass on the weed for a while until things are a bit more stable. probably just going to take it easy today and relax, read a book.

i watched the movie 'everything must go' last night. it was kind of weird to see will ferrell in a drama, but i thought he was really good and the movie was actually decent.

What're you reading at the moment egg?

Last night I was at a dealer's place and this kid who was 15 came by to buy 2 tabs of acid, a vial of ketamine and some weed. Apparently his plan was to go downtown on Monday night on acid while doing ketamine and drinking a bottle of Bombay Sapphire.

His mission was to get "so many bitches". Lol, it makes my head hurt to just think about getting up to go to school at 9:30 in the morning after a combo like that.

Eating a combination of raw and steamed vegetables is your best way to get the vitamins from them. When you eat raw vegetables your body will have a problem getting all of the vitamins/nutrients from the vegetables. You may lose a small amount of the vitamins/nutrients from steaming-but your body is better able to process them after they have been cooked. Think about primates-they are always eating. They need to because their bodies can only process a small amount of the nutrients in un-cooked food.

I like to always eat foods in different cooking combinations (raw/steamed). I cooked some pasta sauce last night. I cooked some of the vegetables in olive oil and I added the same vegetables into the sauce as it was cooking. I prepared them two different ways-gives a variety of taste, texture, and vitamin intake.

I think you are taking WAY too much vitamin D. Read up on the internet-taking too much D can be bad in the long run. Taking too much of certain vitamins/minerals (like vitamin A) can kill your liver over time. Vitamin C is water soluble (you piss of the extra that your body doesn't need). Most vitamins are fat soluble-they stay in your body.

Many RDA's of vitamins should be increased-but probably not by as much as you are taking. Also think about your food-you are also getting a lot of vitamins from your food.

Yea I've never fooled with nootropics-it will be huge in the future.

between books at the moment, other than this canadian history textbook that i've been slowly reading through. i have a few books out from the library that i'll choose from:

the audacity of hope by barack obama
'Ghost Wars: The Secret History of the CIA, Afghanistan, and bin Laden from the Soviet Invasion to September 10, 2001' by steve coll
    atlas shrugged by ayn rand

i also have the second book in the dune series, and i'll probably start with that because i tend to like reading fiction when i'm struggling with anxiety and depression... it's like a drug, it takes me into a different world.
