im just wiped out lately. allergies are killing me. emotional troubles are mounting. i cry at the drop of a hat now.

Just had another bird vs. window... Little gray guy. He made it okay but before I picked him up he was laying there spread out in the sun... Would not have ended well. It must freak them out that this "huge monster" that should "eat them alive" gently picks them up, checks for damaged neck and beak, and then holds them in an open hand until they catch their breath and wits. Then lets them fly free. Got another little friend I hope.
